Privacy Policy
RC2J Consulting Inc. (“RC2J Consulting,” “RC2J,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the company responsible for this website and for the privacy practices described below — how RC2J handles the information buyers provide, and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared.
Approved 31 August 2026
RC2J does not sell, rent, broker, or trade buyers' personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Buyer Information & Privacy
When a prospective buyer contacts RC2J, RC2J may collect information such as the individual's name, company or organization, telephone number, email address, inquiry details, purchasing interests, transaction information, and other information voluntarily provided.
RC2J may use this information to:
- Respond to inquiries

- Communicate regarding purchases and logistics
- Maintain customer and business relationships
- Inform buyers about future RC2J inventory opportunities that may be relevant to their purchasing interests, where they have given us permission to contact them for marketing through that channel

- Protect RC2J, its customers, vendors, and business relationships
Information Sharing
RC2J does not sell, rent, broker, or trade buyers' personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
RC2J may provide limited information to logistics providers, warehouses, service providers, sellers/vendors, or other parties when reasonably necessary to facilitate or complete a transaction, subject to RC2J's confidentiality and business-protection procedures.
RC2J may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect RC2J and others.
Analytics & Cookie Preferences
RC2J Consulting may use optional analytics technologies to understand general website usage and improve the website and its services. The analytics service currently used is Google Analytics.
Optional analytics are subject to the visitor's cookie/analytics preference. Optional analytics are not enabled until a visitor affirmatively accepts them, and they remain disabled if a visitor rejects them or has not yet made a choice.
Visitors may accept or reject optional analytics and may later change their selection at any time using the Cookie Preferences control available in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops further optional analytics measurement, and RC2J makes a reasonable effort to remove the associated analytics cookies from the browser.
Necessary technologies used to operate, secure, or maintain essential website functionality — including the record of the analytics preference itself — are not dependent upon optional analytics consent, and the website remains fully usable when optional analytics are rejected.
RC2J does not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this website, and no advertising measurement is enabled.
Where analytics are enabled, RC2J does not send information entered into website forms — such as a name, company, email address, telephone number or message content — to the analytics service.
SMS Privacy
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by RC2J for messaging purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers when reasonably necessary to deliver or support RC2J's messaging services, subject to appropriate limitations.
Recipients may opt out of applicable SMS communications by replying STOP. Recipients may request assistance by replying HELP.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Website Forms, Marketing Consent & Communication Preferences
Information you submit through this website
RC2J Consulting, Inc. collects the information you choose to provide through the forms on this website:
- Buyer Request — your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, the merchandise you are looking for, the quantity you need, and the merchandise categories you select.
- Opportunity Inquiry — your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, your message, and the reference number and title of the opportunity you are asking about.
- Opportunity Alerts — your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the reference number and category of the opportunity you asked to be alerted about.
- Opportunity Data Sheet download — your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the reference number of the data sheet you requested.
- Communication Preferences — the email address and/or telephone number you want us to act on, and the marketing preference you have chosen.
We also record the page you submitted from, the language you were using, and the date and time the submission was received.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to the inquiry, request or question you sent us;
- send you the opportunity information, data sheet or pricing you asked for;
- continue a conversation about a quotation, negotiation, order or other transaction you have started with us;
- send you marketing about new merchandise opportunities only where you have given us permission for that channel.
Giving us your email address or telephone number is not permission to market to you. Marketing permission is something you give deliberately, by ticking a box that is never ticked for you.
Marketing email
You may choose to receive marketing email from us by ticking the marketing email box on one of our forms. That box is optional and is never required in order to send us a request, make an inquiry or download a data sheet.
If you do not tick it, we will still reply to what you actually asked us — we simply will not add you to marketing email.
WhatsApp and text messages
Separately, you may choose to receive new merchandise opportunities and related updates from us by WhatsApp or text message. That consent is optional, is never a condition of purchase or of making an inquiry, and is recorded separately from your email preference.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP, or by using the Communication Preferences page described below.
Your marketing preferences, and how to change them
Email marketing and WhatsApp/SMS marketing are treated as two separate permissions. Unsubscribing from one does not change the other unless you choose to unsubscribe from all marketing.
You can change your preferences at any time on our Communication Preferences page. You do not need an account, a password or a login. Enter the email address and/or telephone number you gave us, and choose: Communication preferences
- unsubscribe from marketing email;
- unsubscribe from WhatsApp/SMS marketing;
- unsubscribe from all marketing communications.
Choosing “all marketing communications” records an opt-out for both channels.
How we honour an opt-out
We maintain a record of communication preferences so that an opt-out can be respected. When you opt out of a channel, that opt-out overrides any earlier permission you had given for that channel, and it continues to apply unless and until you later give us new permission for that channel yourself.
Opting out does not delete you from our records. We keep a record of the permission you previously gave and of the change you made, including when it happened, so that we can demonstrate what was agreed and act correctly on your current preference.
Marketing messages and messages you asked for are different
Opting out of marketing does not stop us replying to you about something you have asked us for. We may still contact you about an inquiry you submitted, a quotation you requested, an active negotiation, a Sales Order, or other customer-service matters relating to a transaction between us.
These are not marketing messages, and your marketing preferences do not suppress them.
How your information reaches us
Form submissions from this website are delivered to RC2J by our website hosting provider's form service, which notifies us by email and retains a record of the submission. We also record submissions in an internal lead record so we can follow up properly and honour your communication preferences.
