Transaction Policies & Terms
These policies apply to inventory opportunities presented by RC2J Consulting Inc. (“RC2J Consulting,” “RC2J,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Specific executed Sales Orders, invoices, and expressly agreed written transaction terms control over general website descriptions in the event of an inconsistency.
Approved 31 August 2026
Opportunity Availability
Inventory opportunities may be presented to multiple prospective buyers simultaneously.
An inquiry, negotiation, or expression of interest does not automatically reserve merchandise.
For ordinary inventory transactions requiring full payment, merchandise generally remains subject to availability until the required payment is received.
Transactions involving executed Sales Orders, manufacturer special orders, approved deposits, or other specifically negotiated arrangements are governed by the terms of their applicable transaction documentation.
Sales Orders
RC2J may issue a Sales Order reflecting pre-agreed or negotiated transaction terms.
Where execution is required, the buyer is responsible for reviewing and signing the Sales Order before proceeding with the applicable payment.
Sales Orders may contain merchandise descriptions, quantities, pricing, payment requirements, deposit provisions, wire instructions, fulfillment terms, and other transaction-specific requirements.
The applicable executed Sales Order governs the specific commercial terms contained within it.
Payment
Payment must be made using an RC2J-approved payment method.
Approved methods include bank wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, cashier’s check, and certified funds.
RC2J does not accept credit cards or physical cash.
Funds may be subject to confirmation or clearance before merchandise is released.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for manufacturer special orders or permitted/required for certain transactions on a case-by-case basis.
The applicable Sales Order will identify the deposit requirement and associated terms.
Once the applicable Sales Order has been signed/executed and the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of the applicable deposit terms contained in the executed Sales Order.
Final Sale Policy
Except for verified discrepancies or other circumstances expressly agreed in writing, completed sales are final.
Buyers should evaluate the available opportunity information and transaction documentation before completing their purchase.
Non-refundable deposits are governed by the applicable executed Sales Order.
Quantity Discrepancies
Any claimed quantity discrepancy must be reported to RC2J within 24 hours of delivery or inspection.
RC2J may require reasonable supporting documentation to investigate a claim.
RC2J will coordinate with the relevant seller/vendor and logistics provider as appropriate to determine the source and extent of a verified discrepancy.
Verified shortages will be addressed according to the applicable transaction circumstances, including an appropriate refund for verified missing merchandise when applicable.
Warehouse Inspections
Warehouse inspection availability is determined on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis.
Certain sellers or closeout opportunities may permit warehouse access for inspection subject to advance approval and applicable facility requirements.
Other sellers, including certain distributors, may prohibit prospective-buyer access to their warehouses.
RC2J does not guarantee inspection access for any opportunity unless it has been specifically confirmed.
Samples
Sample availability is determined by the seller/vendor for the applicable opportunity.
When a seller/vendor makes a sample available, the buyer may purchase the sample subject to the applicable seller/vendor terms and is responsible for the sample cost and associated shipping or delivery expenses.
RC2J does not guarantee sample availability.
Logistics
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, transportation is at the buyer's expense.
RC2J may assist in coordinating transportation but does not thereby assume the buyer's freight costs or responsibilities.
Risk During Transportation
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, responsibility and risk associated with transportation transfer to the buyer when the merchandise has been loaded onto the buyer's designated carrier or logistics provider.
Export & International Transactions
Certain opportunities may carry export-only, geographic, resale, or other restrictions. Applicable restrictions will be identified as part of the opportunity or communicated before completion of the transaction.
The buyer is responsible for determining the legality and suitability of importing merchandise into its intended destination and for complying with applicable customs, tax, duty, permit, registration, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
RC2J may assist with export documentation and logistics coordination when appropriate, but such assistance does not constitute legal, customs, regulatory, or tax advice.
Website Image & Opportunity Disclaimer
About the images. Images shown on RC2J opportunity pages and in RC2J Buyer Opportunity Data Sheets are provided to illustrate the type of merchandise associated with the opportunity. Depending on the opportunity, an image may be a representative photograph, a stock or illustrative image, or an image that has been digitally created, digitally enhanced or generated with the assistance of AI tools. Images may not depict the exact units, packaging, quantity, labelling, configuration or condition available.
Buyers should rely on the written opportunity specifications and the applicable confirmed transaction documents when evaluating the merchandise being offered. If an illustrative image differs from the written specifications, the written specifications and applicable confirmed transaction documents control the transaction.
Brand names, trademarks and product names are used to identify the merchandise described. Availability, quantities, specifications and other opportunity details remain subject to confirmation and prior sale.
Seller/Vendor Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
RC2J's sourcing relationships, seller/vendor relationships, inventory sources, introductions, contacts, and related non-public commercial information represent valuable proprietary business relationships and information developed by RC2J.
RC2J may take reasonable and lawful measures to preserve the confidentiality of seller/vendor identities and proprietary sourcing relationships.
Buyers may not use confidential or non-public information obtained through RC2J to circumvent RC2J by directly or indirectly soliciting, contacting, negotiating with, purchasing from, or entering into a transaction with a seller/vendor or inventory source first identified, introduced, or made known to the buyer through RC2J, except with RC2J's prior written authorization.
This restriction is intended to protect RC2J’s sourcing relationships with respect to both the immediate opportunity and future transactions involving seller/vendor relationships learned about through RC2J.
Nothing in this provision requires or authorizes the removal, alteration, destruction, or concealment of information or records that must be maintained or disclosed under applicable law, regulation, customs requirements, product-safety requirements, transportation requirements, tax requirements, or other legally required recordkeeping obligations.
General Website & Transaction Disclosures
Information regarding opportunities is based substantially upon information supplied by sellers, vendors, inventory owners, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other sources.
RC2J endeavors to communicate available information accurately and transparently. However, quantities, availability, condition, specifications, packaging, pricing, sample availability, inspection availability, and other opportunity characteristics may change or require confirmation before a transaction is completed.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the information and documentation provided in connection with an opportunity and determining whether the merchandise and transaction are suitable for their intended business purposes.
Nothing on the RC2J website constitutes legal, tax, customs, regulatory, financial, or other professional advice.
Specific executed Sales Orders, invoices, and expressly agreed written transaction terms control over general website descriptions in the event of an inconsistency.
Retail & Estimated Retail Value
Retail and MSRP values are informational benchmarks only. Actual resale price, sell-through, freight, fees, merchandise condition, taxes and margins vary and are not guaranteed. Purchasing an opportunity does not guarantee profit or any financial result.
Where an opportunity displays an Estimated Retail Value, it is a defensible benchmark and is not represented as manufacturer MSRP. Where a figure is identified as MSRP or Total MSRP, it reflects manufacturer MSRP information available to RC2J. Where no defensible figure is available, no figure is published.
